Shortly after midnight, Engine 15-1 and BLS 15-5 were dispatched to the Haddon Hills Apartments off of Park Avenue for a reported vehicle fire. Engine 1512 responded under the command of Station Captain John Young shortly after dispatch. Police were reporting that the vehicle was well involved and upon arrival of Chief John Medes, he confirmed the report and advised the engine to lead off with an 1 3/4" handline upon arrival. Engine 1512 arrived and operated. The fire was quickly extinguished is under investigation by the Haddon Twp and Camden County Fire Marshals Office.
