| Task Force 16 (Station 16, Ladder 15-1, Squad 51 and Engine 1132) were dispatched for a reported apartment fire.
quad 16 originally dispatched for the fire alarm and found smoke on the 9th floor and requested the Box be filled.
Ladder 15-1 signed on responding as 1600 reported a working apartment fire and transmitted the All Hands bringing Engine 1512 and MVU-1 to the scene.
Ladder 15-1 given orders to search the 9th floor. Upon arrival Ladder 15-1 got to the 9th floor and started searching the adjacent apartments.
No occupants in any apartments that were forced into. Engine 1512 arrived on scene and laid a supply line from Engine 1132 at the standpipe to the hydrant to pressurize the system.
MVU-1 arrived and once the fire was knocked down, was placed in service in the rear of the building for smoke removal. Ladder 15-1 and Engine 1512 then assisted Squad 16 with assisting occupants back into their apartments floor by floor.
Companies were then returned. |
