At 1908 hours, Engine 1512 was dispatched to MacArthur Blvd and Briarwood Avenue for a reported brush fire. Upon arrival Engine 1512 and 15101 found 2 large brush fires deep seated in the woods. Engine 1512 took a position and led off with an 1 3/4" and forestry line to reach the fire. Companies operated for three hours to fully contain the fire and to extinguish the multiple hot spots that crews found.
