Franklin P. Jackson 5th was appointed Chaplain of the Westmont Fire Company in December of 2018 replacing his father, Franklin P. Jackson 4th, following his passing.
Chaplain Jackson has been involved with the Westmont Fire Company as a colunteer since joining in 1981. He also serves as a Captain with the fire company.
