Shortly after transporting a sick resident to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Firefighter Hoss suffered a heart attack while returning to Westmont in the ambulance.
Sadly, upon immediate return to the hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival, and thus became the third Westmont firefighter to die in the line of duty.
