Local Storms Pound The Area

Shortly after 1800 hours, a severe storm rolled through the area bringing heavy downpours, winds, thunder and lightning. Throughout the Township, trees were knocked over taking numerous power, cable and phone lines down with them leaving many residents without power. Companies were on assignments for 4 hours.
