During Fire Prevention Week, the Westmont Fire Company went to the local schools and daycares within the District to talk to the children about Fire Safety. The children learned about a variety of topics during the week. Topics included the use of 9-1-1, Stop, Drop and Roll, Home Fire Drills and more. The children then got a tour of some of the Fire Apparatus and got to see members don full PPE. We would like to thank the local schools and daycares in setting up Fire Prevention activities for the children to learn about Fire Safety.
