The Westmont Fire Company No. 1 will host their Annual Fire Prevention Open House this Friday, October 4th from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The event will offer residents an opportunity to tour the fire house, view the fire trucks and equipment, and meet the Firefighters and EMTs.

Fire Prevention material such as helmets, stickers and other fun educational items for kids will be available. Free firefighting demonstrations by the Fire Company will take place in the rear lot of the fire company. Kids, young and old, will also have an opportunity to handle a hose line and flow water from one of the engines.

Trucks from other fire companies as well as the Pride of Our Fleet, a 1929 Ahrens-Fox will be on display. To top it all off, hot dogs, beverages and other treats will be served compliments of the Westmont Fire Company. All are welcome.
