Reeve Avenue "All Hands"

JANUARY 29 - At 0836 hours Station 15-1 and BLS 1557 were dispatched to 13 Reeve Avenue for a reported dwelling fire. 15101 and 15103 signed on after dispatch and were being advised that Police were reporting a "Working" fire.

Gloucester City 5th Alarm

JANUARY 24 - At 0420 hours Engine 1512 was dispatched to Amspec Chemical in Gloucester City for a building fire on the 2nd Alarm. Gloucester City Squad 5-1 and Battalion 504 was on location reporting a 300x300 3 Story building with heavy fire condition throughout.

JANUARY 15 - At 0840 hours Ladder 15-1 was dispatched on a Task Force 9-1 Assignment in Barrington to 121 Kingston Avenue for a reported dwelling fire. Ladder 15-1 responded under the command of Captain John Young with a staffing of four.

Adopt A Fire Hydrant

DECEMBER 19 - Is there a fire hydrant in front of your home or your neighbor's home? In the event of a fire emergency, could firefighters find the hydrant near your home?

We are encouraging residents to "adopt a fire hydrant" near their home and keep snow shoveled away and vegetation trimmed back. This will ensure hydrants are visible and will greatly speed the response time in case of an emergency.

Collingswood MVA Rescue Assignment

DECEMBER 06 - At 1113 hours Squirt 15-1 and BLS 1557 were dispatched to 1170 Haddon Avenue in Collingswood for a MVA Rescue Assignment.
